Assessment and Eligibility
A team assesses your student to see if they qualify under IDEA disability categories. If eligible, an IEP is created to provide tailored support and services.
IEPs and 504 Plans
Our team meets to develop an IEP or 504 Plan that outlines your student’s strengths, needs, goals, services, and supports. We review at least annually and update as needed to ensure your student’s progress.
Inclusion-Focused Placement
Students with disabilities learn alongside peers in general education settings, with supports to meet their individual needs and promote active participation and engagement.
Transition Planning
The outline of goals and services to help your student move from high school to postsecondary life, including education, employment, and independent living.
